How to Reach Us

By Plane

• From Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci):
Take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station (30 minutes). From there, take Metro Line A toward Battistini and get off at Piazza di Spagna. The property is just a 5-minute walk away.

• From Ciampino Airport:
Take a shuttle bus to Termini Station (approximately 40 minutes). Then take Metro Line A toward Battistini and get off at Piazza di Spagna.

By Train

From Termini Station, take Metro Line A toward Battistini and get off at Piazza di Spagna. Walk for 5 minutes along Via dei Condotti to reach us.

By Car

Please note that Via dei Condotti is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). We recommend parking at a nearby private garage and continuing to the property on foot.

By Bus

Most buses arrive at Termini Station. From there, you can take Metro Line A to Piazza di Spagna or opt for a taxi.
